Lighting Artist

Traditionally considered a very technical role, the Lighting Artist or Lighter, also needs to have an eye for colour, tone, atmosphere and composition.

Compositor

A Compositor is responsible for assembling the final shot by combining final layers/renders from other departments.

Rigging/Technical Artist

The technical artist is fairly new on the scene and the role can vary depending on the size of the studio and the needs of the team. You can think of the Tech Artist as someone who brokers the needs of artists and programmers alike

Lighting Artist
